These terms apply to your use of the Plumicast mobile app and the plumicast.app website. By installing, opening, or otherwise using Plumicast, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Plumicast is a weather app that turns the forecast into a short outfit recommendation. It shows you current and upcoming conditions, a mascot that changes outfit with the weather, and a list of layers and accessories to consider putting on for the period of day you are walking into. Plumicast is provided as is for general lifestyle guidance.
Plumicast's recommendations are general lifestyle suggestions, not professional advice. Do not rely on Plumicast for decisions where weather safety is critical, such as severe weather warnings, marine navigation, aviation, outdoor sports with safety thresholds, health conditions affected by temperature or UV, or any situation where being wrong about the weather could cause you harm. Always check official sources (your local meteorological service, emergency alerts, and medical advice) for anything that matters beyond what to wear.
Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain. The outfit recommendations generated from those forecasts are also uncertain. You are responsible for what you wear and for the decisions you make with the information Plumicast shows you.
Plumicast grants you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non commercial purposes, subject to these terms and to the Apple App Store terms that apply to any app you install from the App Store.

Plumicast offers paid upgrades branded as Plumicast Pro. Pro unlocks additional features in the app. At the time of writing, Pro is available as:
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or Google Play Store. Prices, billing periods, and any introductory offers are shown in the app before you confirm the purchase and may vary by region.
Auto renewing subscriptions. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Uninstalling Plumicast does not cancel an active subscription.
Refunds. Plumicast does not process refunds directly. All refund requests are handled by Apple/Google under their standard App Store refund policy.
Restore purchases. Plumicast provides a Restore Purchases option in Settings so you can re activate a valid Pro entitlement on any device signed in to your Apple ID.
Changes to Pro. We may change, add, or remove Pro features over time. If a material change affects something you have already paid for, we will do our best to keep the version of Plumicast you installed usable for the remainder of your purchase.
Plumicast relies on Apple WeatherKit for weather data, Apple MapKit for place search, and the Apple App Store for purchases. Use of these services is subject to their own terms. Plumicast is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third party services.
Plumicast, the Plumi mascot, the Plumicast name, logo, artwork, and all associated visual assets are the property of the Plumicast team. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
Plumicast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Plumicast team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of Plumicast after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the app.
